NBA: Raps and Wolves

I think you guys can already see where I’m going with this.  The Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors are the best teams in the league.  Now don’t get me wrong, I’ve been a Raptor fan for a long time now but I just can’t see any other team making the finals for the 4th straight year!  The 3-point ability from Golden State is second to none and the Cavs have arguably the best player to have bounced a basketball.  In the playoffs if you played either of these teams it was a blowout and unwatchable.  Even Charles Barkley stated how he would rather watch hockey than his own beloved sport.  So instead of going over whom I think would win in the all-star match up I’m going to go over a few teams who will be just awesome to watch and have unreal talent.

When you take a look at the Minnesota Timberwolves they have a roster that would make any other team scarce.  With the up and coming Andrew Wiggins who has already proven himself in his first two years.  Karl Anthony-Towns who is a beast in the middle, and then the newly acquired Jimmy Butler who adds the veteran presence the young team needed.  This team is coming into their own and I don’t see them being stopped in the near future.

Now this may be a little biased but I do believe this team will be so much fun to watch.  THE… Toronto Raptors.  After signing both Kyle Lowry and Serge Ibaka this team finally has a big 3, which has been needed for a long time now.  DeMar DeRozan is a beast when getting to the rim, and Norman Powell is really starting to sprout his wings in the offense and can just flat out fly.  They have the tools necessary but they will need to mesh together as a team fully if want to prove themselves to the rest of the division.

Now imagine in the near future we see these two teams go at it.  That would be an amazing game! And yes, I know it’s a long shot but hey, stranger things can happen.
